Are the candies fresh?

Naturally, we will not sell candy that is past its expiration date; that is also prohibited by law. All our candy still has a generous best-before date of at least 1 month.

What happens to my order if the boxes I ordered are out of stock?

In the event that the candy for the ordered Candy Box is out of stock, we will contact you and work together to find a suitable solution.

Order

How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order by adding the desired candy boxes to your shopping cart. Next, you can pay for and complete the order by clicking on the shopping cart and entering your details.

How can I cancel my order?

You have until 12:00 to cancel your order. Once shipped, we can no longer cancel your order, and you CANNOT return it.

Pay

How can I pay?

You can pay securely in our webshop. We support electronic payment methods such as iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, and many more. Additionally, you can pay by making a manual bank transfer. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. If you use electronic payment methods, this is generally immediate. A bank transfer usually takes a few business days.

How does a bank transfer work?

If you do not wish to use the electronic payment options, you can transfer the order amount via your bank, quoting your order number. To do this, select the 'Bank transfer' option under payment method during the ordering process and follow the instructions sent to you by email.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, our prices include VAT and any applicable discount.

Is the order process secure?

Yes, the entire order process on our webshop is secured with SSL. As a result, your order is transmitted over a secure connection.

Are there any extra costs to pay?

Yes, Klarna, PayPal, and many Belgian payment methods charge extra fees in addition to the standard bank charges.
The costs are calculated on the total amount.
These costs are passed on to us. If you do not wish to pay these costs, please choose iDEAL, Credit card, or bank transfer.

Shipping & Delivery

Is The Candy Box shipped the same day?

Unfortunately, that was the case, but due to the workload, that is no longer the case.
Order today, shipping within 3 working days.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Yes, unfortunately we charge shipping costs for all orders.

  • With DHL, the shipping costs are €5.75 per address.

For Belgium, different shipping costs apply, namely €9.50 for all orders per address. You can choose between DHL or PostNL.

Who is the package coming with?

We ship via DHL. If you are not home, the driver will leave a note in your mailbox indicating where the package was left, or you can make an appointment to have the package delivered.

When will I receive my package?

We aim to ship your package within 3 working days. In practice, this means you usually receive it within 5 days.

Can I pick up my package somewhere?

Unfortunately, that is not possible.

Can I have my order delivered to a different delivery address?

If you wish to have a different delivery address, you can specify this during the ordering process. We will send your order to the delivery address you provided.

How does the delivery process work?

Once we have received your payment, the order will be processed within 3 working days.
We work with carriers DHL & PostNL for this. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can monitor your delivery.

Why hasn't my order been delivered?

If your order has still not been delivered after 5 working days, you can contact our customer service.

I want to send multiple packages to different addresses?

This is also possible, but it cannot be entered online. Please contact us regarding this before you order, and we will arrange it for you.

I have a rush order; the package needs to be here tomorrow?

Oh dear, we might still be able to arrange this for you, but please remember that we are also dependent on DHL & PostNL.

Can you deliver the package yourselves?

This is also possible, but in practice it will often be more expensive unless it involves large numbers of packages. Please feel free to contact us regarding this.

Do you also ship to countries other than the Netherlands and Belgium?

Certainly, contact us and we will find the right and cheapest shipping method for you.

Yes, that is possible. Please read the information on our returns page. We are dealing with food, so returns are only possible under strict conditions.
