Right of withdrawal

You may wish to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or because there is another reason why you no longer wish to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

We would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance by e-mail via klantenservice@desnoepbox.nl, so that we are aware of your return or exchange.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount back. The costs for returning the item from your address to the webshop are for your own account. Depending on the size of the package, these costs range between €6.95 and €50 per package. Consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product – if reasonably possible – must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, including all delivered accessories. To exercise this right, please contact us at klantenservice@desnoepbox.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received by us in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure that it is returned well-packaged.

Exception: food products

Food products cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are not covered by the right of withdrawal because they are perishable. After successful payment, the sale is final.

Incorrect delivery address provided?

Did you accidentally provide an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via klantenservice@desnoepbox.nl. We will then try to adjust the order for you.
