Yes, that is possible, but there are a few rules:
- The seal (the white, red, yellow, or green label on the packaging, or the ribbons) is not broken. So the product is not opened and then again by you closed made.
- Products with a best before date of less than 14 days (we indicate this on the product page) or even expired products can also not return.
- I report the return within 14 days of receiving the candies I ordered.
If the product meets the above conditions, it may be returned to us.
You report the return on our page or report it via our contact page (reason is not mandatory but is allowed). You then have 14 days to return the goods to us.
You will receive your entire purchase amount back within 14 days if everything is found to be in order after our inspection (we check the labels and products).
In the event that the seal on a product is broken, the purchase amount of this product will not be refunded.
Note regarding Returns
Although permitted by law, we do not consider it hygienic to accept returns of food items, as we do not know what has happened to them.
We would therefore like to ask you to think carefully about your order in advance.
Return costs
The costs for returning the products are entirely at your own expense.
What we can do for you is register your return via DHL (which you pay for yourself first). You will then receive a shipping label from us; you can print this out and stick it on the box.
Break in Chocolate
This is, of course, very annoying. In 99% of shipments everything goes well, but sometimes something does break. This usually happens with hollow chocolate figures or bars. These can break during transport or when unpacking the order. In principle, we do not provide a guarantee for this, but we will investigate whether we can offer you a solution.
Cancel your candy order
If you wish to cancel your order, you can of course do so (although we are sorry). Please contact us as soon as possible to do so. contact contact us to report this.
If your package is already on its way, refuse to accept it at the door; your package will then be returned to us.
As soon as we have received your package, we will refund the entire purchase amount.
