Shipping and returns
We understand that you want to enjoy your ordered products quickly, which is why we have developed various shipping methods for you, from traditional to super-fast! We'd be happy to tell you more about the different options:
Your order will be packed with the utmost care and shipped with PostNL, DPD, or DHL. From Hoorn, your order goes to a PostNL, DPD, or DHL distribution center, from where it will be delivered to your door by a courier. Quite a journey! But so far, with very few complaints and many satisfied customers of De Snoepbox!
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. We don't always manage to do this. Generally, all products are in stock, but it can happen that this is not the case. In this case, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we, for whatever reason, not be able to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
Our shipments are handled by DHL, DPD, or PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Netherlands
For orders up to €20.00, the shipping costs are €6.95.
For orders from €20.00 to €35.00, the shipping costs are €5.95.
From €35.00, orders are delivered free of charge.
These conditions also apply when using a voucher from our partners.

Delivery and not being home
If you are not at home when your package is delivered, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to a neighbor. If the neighbors are not home or do not wish to accept the package, you will receive a note in your mailbox to arrange a new appointment. A new appointment must be made within 5 working days, otherwise, the package will be returned. Resending the package will incur additional costs for the customer.
Return Policy
Products must be unopened to be returned. If products are returned opened, we cannot reimburse them.
Products must be returned undamaged. If products are returned damaged, we cannot reimburse them.
Return costs are at your own expense and are not reimbursed by De Snoepbox.
You have 14 days to return the unopened product. After this period, it is no longer possible to return ordered items in our webshop. Due to the costs for processing, packaging, and order picking, we charge €4.95 return costs for returns without a valid reason or for late orders due to your own fault.
Refunds for returns will be processed within 14 business days.
